One washer/dryer for whole hotel. Took forever to get one load washed and dried.

The location. It is good connected. For Tokyo the price is also ok. They were renovating some floors, as they want to change all rooms to non-smokers rooms.
It could be nice to be able to open more the window, as the humidity of the room was high. They offer breakfast, but not western breakfast, but in the area you can find other options or convinences stores.

Great location. It is quite although it is in the center of Tokyo.
The beds are not comfortable and the air quality is quite poor. Also, the windows are covered.

Small room good position
The position in the map is very good.
The window is 1 meter from the other building wall, and if you open it, there are some noises depending on some infrastructure system. It didn't happen to me, but there are some additional fees if you checkout with a delay. The room is very very small.
